Miracles still happen

By Alton L. Richardson

My sciatic nerve had been terribly painful for a year when my doctor asked me to have several X-rays of my lower spine. Examining the images, my doctor noticed the deterioration of my spine but also noticed that I had a large abdominal aortic aneurysm, an unusual dilation or stretching of the aorta. He immediately ordered an ultrasound of my stomach.

In the meantime I sent out a number of e-mails to my close friends and we sought God in prayer. I went to the altar on Sunday weeping and praying before the Lord. Pastor James Bradford anointed me and prayed for my healing. I felt God’s touch.

When we got the report back from the ultrasound, they could find no aortic aneurysm. We give all the glory to God.

Alton L. Richardson attends Central Assembly of God in Springfield, Mo. (James Bradford, pastor).
