A note from recording
artist Sara Groves
If you’re a teen, there is
no doubt you’ve been faced with difficulties and have been forced to
make tough decisions. If you haven’t, you will. Trust me. As you take
on the things life brings you and stand up for what you believe in, you might
feel as though you’re alone. But the good news is, you’re not.
God is always near and ready to help you. You just need to rely on Him.
As you read this special teen edition
of Today’s Pentecostal Evangel you’ll
meet people who have surrendered their lives, dreams and relationships
to God. You’ll learn what makes Eddie
Elguera, skateboarding legend and Tony Hawk’s mentor,
tick. And you’ll learn how one Columbine High School massacre
survivor coped with life after several of her classmates were
killed. Plus, every article is packed with information just for
you. I hope these stories will inspire you to dream big dreams.
But more than that, I pray these stories will serve to draw you
into a closer relationship with Jesus.
In Him,
Sara
Groves
